About the Journal
The LAUTECH Journal of Entrepreneurship, Management and Innovation (JEMIN) is a prestigious, peer-reviewed journal committed to advancing cutting-edge research in entrepreneurship, management, and innovation. Published in both online-first and print formats, JEMIN offers a vibrant platform for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to share impactful research that bridges theory, practice, and policy. JEMIN actively welcomes interdisciplinary contributions from across the academic spectrum including the sciences, engineering, physics, social sciences, and natural sciences reflecting the growing importance of entrepreneurship and innovation in every field. JEMIN is a publication of the Directorate of Entrepreneurship Development Studies, LAUTECH, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria.
We invite scholars to submit original research papers for publication in the upcoming Volume 1, Issue 1 (2025) of the LAUTECH Journal of Entrepreneurship, Management and Innovation (JEMIN). Published biannually, the journal seeks to advance academic discourse on entrepreneurship, management, and innovative development objectives. All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process

- Innovation ecosystems and their socio-economic impact
- Knowledge generation, transfer, and governance
- Sustainability, healthcare innovation, human capital development, and the future of work
Guidelines for Submission
- All manuscripts must be written in clear and grammatically correct English.
- Submissions must be original and unpublished elsewhere.
- Manuscripts should be organized in the following order:
Title Page, Author Affiliation/Institution, Abstract, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and Recommendations, References. - The abstract should not exceed 250 words, and the entire manuscript should not be more than 15 pages.
- Include 4–5 keywords relevant to the study.
- All references must follow the APA 7th Edition referencing style.
- Manuscripts may be returned to authors for revisions where necessary.
- All papers will be subjected to a plagiarism check, with a similarity index not exceeding 15%.
